General questions
From whithin Private Read, you can check your WhatsApp inbox without opening WhatsApp and whithout appearing online or sending blue ticks.
In particular you can:
1- Read your incoming WhatsApp messages.
2- Check your WhatsApp photos.
3- Listen to your voice notes
After you install the application and grant it all the required permissions, it will consolidate your WhatsApp inbox into a single and easy user interface where you can check your messages, images and voice notes.
You will see:
1- All your new messages. Only new messages, received while whatsApp is closed will appear.
2- The last 50 photos.
3- The last 2 voice notes (For regular users), or 50 Voice notes for Pro Users.

Yes, Private Read is available for free download on Google Play.
It also offers a pro version that costs 1$ (Price might slightly change based on your country).
If you decide the Pro version, you will benefit from the below:
1- Ad-free experience: no advertisements will be displayed.
2- Ability to listen to the last 50 voice notes (intead of only the last 2 voice notes in the regular version).
3- A broader selection of chat backgrounds.

Unfortunately, and due to limitations from WhatsApp, it is currently impossible to reply to the messages from WhatsApp.
Private Read is available for free to use. The pro version is available and it offers extentions to some of the features that are also available in the free version.
For this, we suggest that when a users purcahses the app he is fully certain that he is satisfied by the experience.

Common Problems
First, please take knowledge that only the new messages received while whatsapp is closed will appear in the application.
If you are still having a problem please make sure that:
1- You did not mute the relative conversation in WhatsApp.
Private Read needs to receive notifications from WhatsApp in order for it to function. If you disable WhatsApp notifications or muted the conversaion, please unmute and try again.

2- You have provided all the required permissions to the application, especially the notifications listener notification that is promted when you start the application.
To give this permission please follow the below steps:
At first, please make sure you are running the latest version of Private Read and of WhatsApp that are both available on Google Play.
Also, some version of android put some apps into sleep if they are not used for a certain period of time, or if the device is running low on resources.
To disable this please follow the below steps described in the screenshot (For more info also check this url.)
Once done, please restart the device.
Please make sure you have enabled auto download option for images in WhatsApp.
Please make sure you have granted all the required permissions by the application, specially the Access External Storage Permission.
If you already removed this permission and want to grant it back, you can do so from the andoird settings, or more easily you can uninstall Private Read and install it again.
Please make sure you have granted all the required permissions by the application, specially the Record Audio Permission.
While the application does not record any audio, you are required to provide this permission for pure technical reasons.
